Information collected
For invited teacher pilots, GlobeSkills may collect the teacher's name, email address, school or school type, country, teaching experience, invitation and activation status, pages or lessons opened, resource downloads, approximate active time, feedback responses and technical errors. Country may be inferred at request time, but GlobeSkills does not intentionally retain raw IP addresses for pilot analytics.
Why it is used
This information is used to issue and manage pilot access, secure protected resources, support teachers, understand whether the materials are being used, improve GlobeSkills and evaluate future products. It is not sold.
Public website analytics
GlobeSkills may use privacy-conscious, aggregated web analytics to understand public traffic, referral sources, countries, page popularity and technical performance. The pilot's teacher-level activity measurement is connected to an invited teacher's authorised session so that activation and meaningful resource use can be evaluated.
Feedback and quotations
Teachers control what they submit. GlobeSkills will request separate permission before publishing an attributed quotation, rating, school name or other testimonial detail. Anonymous or aggregated findings may be used to improve and describe the pilot.
Student information
Teachers must not submit student names, student email addresses, identifiable photographs or other personal student information through the pilot feedback process.
Retention and deletion
Pilot access and usage records are retained only as long as reasonably required to operate, secure and evaluate the pilot, normally no longer than 24 months after the pilot ends unless a longer period is required for legal or security reasons. Teachers may request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@globeskills.org.
Marketing
Pilot participation does not automatically subscribe a teacher to marketing messages. Separate consent will be requested before adding a participant to a promotional mailing list.
Changes
This notice may be updated as GlobeSkills develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.
